Introduction
Inspection is a
part of the administration of education. Though there is a vast difference
between inspection and supervision. (It will be discriminated later). Hence
they are used interchangeably. Presently the concept of inspection has to be
transformed to one of a healthy supervision and guidance. Supervision is to a
large extent a matter of professional relationship between supervisor and the
teacher. So supervision is a dynamic process like education.
معائنہ تعلیم کی انتظامیہ کا ایک حصہ ہے۔
اگرچہ معائنہ اور نگرانی میں بہت بڑا فرق ہے۔ (یہ بعد میں امتیازی سلوک کیا جائے
گا)۔ لہذا وہ ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ استعمال ہوتے ہیں۔ فی الحال معائنہ کے تصور کو صحت
مند نگرانی اور رہنمائی میں تبدیل کرنا ہے۔ نگرانی بڑی حد تک سپروائزر اور استاد
کے مابین پیشہ ورانہ تعلقات کا معاملہ ہے۔ لہذا نگرانی تعلیم کی طرح ایک متحرک عمل
ہے۔
Meaning of Supervision
The dictionary of
education defines supervision (p.400) as all efforts of designated school
officials towards providing leadership to teachers and other educational
workers in the improvement of instruction, involves the stimulation of
professional growth and development of teachers, the selection and revision of
educational objectives, materials of instruction and methods of teaching and
the evaluation of instruction.”
Wiles (1955 p.399)
envisages supervision as sporting assisting and sharing rather than directing.
So the word “supervision” means to guide and stimulate the activities of
teachers with a view to improve them in the context of their teaching as well
as instruction and promoting their professional growth. Supervision is being
seen as a cooperative and comprehensive activity, which improves the total
teaching learning process along with its aspects.
تعلیم کی لغت نگرانی کی وضاحت کرتی ہے (p.400)
جیسا کہ اسکول کے نامزد افسران کی تمام کوششیں جو اساتذہ اور دیگر تعلیمی کارکنوں
کو ہدایات کی بہتری میں رہنمائی فراہم کرتی ہیں۔ مقاصد ، ہدایات کا مواد اور تدریس
کے طریقے اور ہدایات کی تشخیص۔
وائلز (1955 صفحہ 399) ہدایت کاری کے بجائے
کھیلوں کی مدد اور اشتراک کے طور پر نگرانی کا تصور کرتا ہے۔ لہذا لفظ
"نگرانی" کا مطلب ہے کہ اساتذہ کی سرگرمیوں کی رہنمائی اور حوصلہ افزائی
کریں تاکہ ان کی تعلیم کے ساتھ ساتھ ہدایات اور ان کی پیشہ وارانہ ترقی کو فروغ

Difference between Inspection/Supervision
“By supervision
and inspection we mean detailed and comprehensive review of all aspects of work
and life of an institution.” Adams and dicey discriminate the both” inspection,
is a procedure of giving direction to and providing critical evaluation of instruction task.
“Supervision is a planned programme for the improvement
of instruction.”

expert guidance

So supervision can
be called as a service activity that exists to help teachers to grow
professionally and to do their jobs better.
"نگرانی اور معائنہ سے ہمارا مطلب کسی ادارے
کے کام اور زندگی کے تمام پہلوؤں کا تفصیلی اور جامع جائزہ ہے۔" ایڈمز اور
ڈائسی دونوں "معائنہ" میں امتیازی سلوک کرتے ہیں ، ہدایات کے کام کی اہم
تشخیص اور رہنمائی دینے کا ایک طریقہ کار ہے۔ "نگرانی ہدایات کی بہتری کے لیے
ایک منصوبہ بند پروگرام ہے۔"
اس تعریف کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے دونوں کا تجزیہ
کیا جا سکتا ہے:
• معائنہ کی نگرانی
• بیوروکریٹک ڈیموکریٹک۔
• سمت اور رجمنٹ
• اچھی طرح سے تجویز کردہ اور ماہر رہنمائی۔
· تعلیم
کی بہتری سیکھنے کی بہتری۔
لہذا نگرانی کو ایک خدمت کی سرگرمی کہا جا
سکتا ہے جو کہ اساتذہ کو پیشہ ورانہ طور پر ترقی دینے اور اپنی ملازمتوں کو بہتر
بنانے میں مدد کے لیے موجود ہے۔
